ASSISTANT/ASSOCIATE DEAN, School of Management, Executive Leadership Ctr (1305/D2214)
The Assistant/Associate Dean of the Executive Leadership Center will report to the Dean of the School of Management with the mission of establishing the strategy for and overseeing the execution of core programs within the Executive Leadership Center, including the Executive MBA (EMBA) Program and Executive Education programming. The incumbent will focus on broadening and expanding the offerings of custom executive education courses. This includes increasing the number of faculty teaching executive courses, the variety of disciplines of School of Management courses offered, and new thematic areas of emphasis beyond our traditional strengths in information systems and technology and systems thinking. This position will be expected to achieve and maintain exceptional customer satisfaction to enable consistent placement in the top 10 in US and global rankings for EMBA and custom executive education programs.Required Skills
MBA or appropriate Masters Degree or higher and five or more years of experience in designing, marketing and selling executive programs and professional services to corporate clients. Broad understanding of key management topics and disciplines. Strategic thinking, business development, consultative selling, negotiation, teaming and relationship management skills. Excellent written and verbal communications skills within corporate and academic environments. Position rank commensurate with education and experience.
