Required qualifications for all positions include (1) a Ph.D./EDD in the field, (2) experience in K-12 public school teaching with culturally and linguistically diverse populations, and 3) experience preparing undergraduate pre-service educators for certification. Preferred qualifications: a) Literacy/Biliteracy: Experience as a literacy coach, Master Reading Teacher or Reading Specialist; b) Social Studies: Teaching experience with Texas K-12 social studies standards (TEKs); c) STEM: Experience as a Math coach, Master Teacher; d) Critical Pedagogy/Multiculturalism and Bilingual Education: Experience with Critical Pedagogy and Dual Language programs, e) Secondary Education: Teaching experience in History and/or English Language Arts. SALARY: Salary is negotiable and based on qualifications and experience.
