Develop new ERAU dual enrollment aerospace career academy programs:

  • Assist the Regional Manager and Program Manager
  • Develop new academy programs in assigned school districts
  • Develop new academy programs in assigned high schools
  • Develop new academy middle school feeder programs
  • Maintain currency in national, state, and local secondary school career technical education program initiatives
  • Maintain currency in ERAU aerospace career academy program policies, procedures, and new initiatives

Coordinate all marketing, recruiting, and public relations efforts to expand program:

  • Prepare all ERAU academy marketing materials
  • Prepare all high school student registration guide materials and enrollment forms
  • Conduct classroom visits and participate in daytime, evening, and weekend student recruiting and public relations events to promote and publicize program
  • Recruit and screen prospective students and register all accepted students

Act as liaison between ERAU and appropriate public school districts, charter schools, and private schools:

  • Represent ERAU with school board members, district personnel, high school administrators, and other personnel as required
  • Represent ERAU with district and high school career technical education personnel
  • Represent ERAU with high school guidance department personnel

Assist students:

  • Ensure all students are registered for their appropriate courses with ERAU Records and Registration
  • Assist interested students learn more about ERAU and provide assistance in completion of ERAU application package
  • Help students compete Individual Student Transfer Course Agreement (ISCTA) as appropriate
  • Liaise with ERAU Department of Disability Support Services as needed

Maintain overall quality and accreditation of ERAU's aerospace career academy program:

  • Ensure compliance with university policies, master course outlines, course monitor guidelines, and FAA regulations
  • Ensure compliance with Southern Association of Colleges and Schools (SACS) policies and procedures
  • Ensure compliance with National Association of Concurrent Enrollment Programs (NACEP) policies and procedures
