Duties: Plan, design, enforce, and audit security policies and procedures which safeguard the integrity of and access to ISC's core administrative systems. Proactively identify security threats to ISC's core administrative systems; recommend mitigation strategies and assist in their implementation. Maintain knowledge of changing information security threats and technologies. Manage security improvement projects that relate to ISC's core administrative systems and personnel. Investigate security incidents; perform computer forensics studies and maintain incident tracking records.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or other related field and a minimum of three years of IT security work or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Technical expertise in systems administration and the development and implementation of new security tools. A solid understanding of TCP/IP, computer forensics and investigative methodology. Demonstrated excellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal and project management skills and the ability to deal confidentially with people at all levels of the organization. Must be able to work independently and as part of a team and effectively collaborate with others.
