Responsible for working as a liaison among stakeholders in order to elicit, analyze, communicate, and validate requirements for changes to business process, policies, financial data and information systems. Understand business problems and opportunities in the context of requirements and recommend solutions that enable the organization to achieve its goals.

Key Functions and Expected Performances:

1)    Communication
a.    Develop communications such as powerpoint presentations, proposals, policies and procedures, and business summaries to enhance and support strategic and operational plans.
b.    Think strategically and effectively implement tactical elements to ensure strategic goals are met.
c.    Demonstrate creative problem solving through pattern re-organization and thinking along unconventional lines.
d.    Demonstrate ability to work well with people at all levels of an organization.
2)    Process Improvement and Analysis
a.    Develop continuous process improvement methods applicable to the field and designs plans for implementation
b.    Work with other team members to perform financial analysis, draw conclusions and make recommendations to leadership
c.    Participate in calculation, validation and updating of cost saving initiatives
d.    Gather data, analyze information, develop conclusions, communicate recommendations clearly and work effectively with others on a team.
3)    Planning and Strategy
a.    Research current challenges and trends in the field and brings information and recommendations back to leadership for consideration
b.    Participate in business planning, needs analysis, and business risk assessment.
c.    Reviews and edits requirements, specification, business processes and recommendations related to proposed solution.
d.    Recommend measured to improve processes, employee performance, and quality of service provided to the customer
e.    Foster an environment that rewards new ideas and risk taking, builds confidence, encourages teamwork and collaboration
f.     Create and contribute to a work environment of openness and mutual respect.

Basic Qualifications

Job requires Bachelor's and 3 years of experience or the equivalent.
