English: Instructor/Visiting Assistant Professor (ESL Composition). Joint appointment in Department of English and American Culture and English (ACE) program to teach introductory composition courses and basic speaking/writing courses to international students; provide departmental committee and program service; work with program directors and faculty to shape and develop the English language and culture program and to participate in activities related to instructor training, assessment, technology initiatives and program development. Require: PhD (for appointment as Visiting Assistant Professor), MA (for appointment as Instructor); specialization in TESOL; knowledge of research and/or graduate study in TESOL theory and practices; experience teaching speaking and writing/composition at multiple tiers in ESL composition and/or English language programs.
