Serve as primary point of contact for all technology-related testing requests. Act as a liaison with Information Technology and testing vendors in the deployment and use of technology in testing. Train, update and inform department staff on new testing technologies and systems. Work with college faculty and staff to securely administer all technology-based testing. Compile department statistics. Serve as a technology resource for schools administering placement testing onsite. Administer, score, and report results of testing, as needed. Observe principles of good practice in assessment as defined by the American Association of Higher Education and the National College Testing Association. Respect and uphold client confidentiality. Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Accounting, Education or related field required. Minimum of one year experience in using large database systems and computer applications. Advanced Microsoft Excel skills required (testing required). Excellent communication, organizational, project management and analytical skills. Ability to work evenings and occasional Saturday morning. Ability to travel between campuses.
