Summary Description Collaborates with academic and student life areas of the college to integrate liberal arts learning with community-based work. Provides ongoing opportunities for the CC community to enhance their learning by engaging in impact and sustainable collaborations with local, regional, national, and global partners. Required Qualifications: Master's degree plus minimum three years' experience working with student-based civic engagement programs and related faculty development in an academic institution and/or experience in other community-based service and learning programs; excellent organization and administrative skills, including experience in supervision and personnel matters, managing and leading a program, as well as fiscal and budget management; demonstrated success working with diverse populations; a positive and supportive professional attitude; ability to work on multiple projects concurrently and autonomously; accomplished written and verbal communication skills; ability to use personal computer, and other standard office equipment; proficiency with Microsoft Windows platform and Microsoft Office software.
