Are you a motivated, entry-level professional who is seeking a career in fundraising communications or marketing? Enthusiasm, a passion for Elizabethtown College, and the desire to see alumni support their alma mater are characteristics of the successful candidate for this position. A bachelor’s degree is required, preferably from Elizabethtown College. Previous experience in higher education, with a background in communications and/or marketing and videography are preferred, but not required. The primary purpose of this position is to assist the Director of Annual Giving in increasing unrestricted giving and alumni participation through integrated communication marketing strategies. The Assistant Director has primary responsibility for phonathon, the Senior Class Giving Program, and coordinating efforts to increase participation special focus on young alumni. This position does require some evening and weekend work.
