The University of Toledo Social Work Program The Social Work Program invites applications for a Lecturer position in our CSWE accredited graduate and undergraduate program. This Lecturer will serve as the Field Director and coordinate the field internship programs as well as teach field classes. Successful applicants must have an MSW and LSW with five or more years of post-master’s experience, a working knowledge of the local social service community, and field instruction experience. Having experience working with vulnerable populations is preferred. The Field Director is expected to work closely with program directors of both the BSW and MSW programs as well as the field faculty to develop curriculum, monitor the success of field internships and contribute to the overall program evaluation. The Field Director serves as the link between practicing social workers in the region and the academic social work program. This link is vital to maintaining quality internships for social work students and the quality of the education provided by the program.
