Responsibilities

Manages recruitment, marketing, and admissions efforts for graduate programs including programs in the Schools of Health Professions and Education and Human Services.



Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited University
  • Experience in counseling and admissions, and/or marketing.
  • Working with diverse populations and adult students.


Preferred Qualifications

Experience in Higher Education preferred.

Responsibility / Duty

Serves as primary liaison for Office of Graduate Enrollment Management with School Deans and Department Chairs for related programs.


Percent of total time 10

Responsibility / Duty

Participates in the development and implementation of effective marketing and recruitment plans for assigned programs, in coordination with overall graduate enrollment initiatives.


Percent of total time 25

Responsibility / Duty

Participates in all admissions programs: prospect calls, presentations to groups and individuals, employer/graduate fairs, graduate admissions office open house and other programs.

Interviews and counsels prospective students.


Percent of total time 40

Responsibility / Duty

Manages file completion and review for graduate applicants in assigned programs.


Percent of total time 5

Responsibility / Duty

Participates on yearly assessment outcomes.
