Examples of Key Responsibilities • Management of SVP calendar: daily activities, travel, internal and external meetings, and event planning • Plan and prepare for meetings of the Board of Trustees • Coordinate written and verbal responses to student and parent inquiries • Work alongside the Office of Admissions with prospective students • Oversee and monitor the office budget, and serve on Division Committees • Hire and supervise work-study students Qualifications: • Five years minimum experience in a high-energy environment (preferably in Higher Education) • Excellent verbal and written skills • Ability to excel in a fast-paced collaborative work environment • Strong organizational, time-management, interpersonal and decision-making skills • High level of customer service keeping with diplomacy and confidentiality • Proficient with MS Office and related software programs • Adaptable to multiple changing priorities and willing to perform other duties as assigned • Understand the full scope and breadth of the University’s resources How to Apply: Submit cover letter and resume as a single document at http://www.brandeis.edu/humanresources/jobs/external.html.
