Duties: The Manager of the Accounts Payable Section in the CCEB Business office will be the primary point of contact for all procurement, travel, shipping and payables activity in the Department of Biostatistics and the CCEB. With two direct reports, the A/P Manager will be responsible for all aspects of the accounts payable operations, including purchase orders, Concur travel reservations and payments, petty cash, procurement credit cards, UPS shipping, and other procurement systems available within the PSOM, CCEB and the University. The A/P Manager will also assume responsibility for providing and maintaining the necessary training and training records related to procurement activities for the administrative assistants in the Divisions, a total of over 30 individuals. As the Office Manager for the Business Office, the A/P Manager will have primary responsibility for the physical space and facilities assigned to the business office staff, including management of key distribution, asset administration and tracking, and space reporting.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree and 3 to 5 years of experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Progressive experience in Accounts Payable. Familiarity with University systems (BEN financials, Concur, etc) is highly preferred.
