Perform need analysis using both federal and institutional methodology for undergraduate student populations and award processing, including verification, resolution of conflicting data, and professional judgment. Support the operations and systems area of the office, including problem resolution, systems testing, quality control, data processing, and credit-based loan processing. Play a critical role in counseling prospective students and parents about the application process and applying for private loans and assists with customer service inquiries over the phone and by e-mail to help BU Financial Assistance achieve university goals for recruitment, retention and superior service.

Experience Required:

B.A./B.S., strong analytical skills, effective problem solving and communication skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced and team orientated environment. Up to one year of experience in a service and detail oriented position. Must be available for occasional weekend assignments.
