Primary Function of Organization Unit: Centennial Campus Development Office is responsible for all of the leasing activity (both space and land) on Centennial Campus as well as the Centennial Biomedical Campus. The unit serves as the primary contact for private developers during the leasing, design, construction and move-in of their projects. The unit also provides property management services for all space owned by the university and leased to campus partners. In addition, all outdoor events held on Centennial Campus are coordinated by the unit. The Centennial Campus Development Office is committed to building long-term relationships between NC State University and its resident partners from business and industry in order to advance the fulfillment of the university's mission of education, research and outreach.

Essential Job Duties: This position will provide support to the Centennial Campus Development Office, Director of Real Estate. Duties will include marketing, leasing and document management assistance. The position will input data and maintain the unit's CoStar account for accuracy, schedule and monitor prospects visits, monitor and report expiration and renewals, and assist in generating, distribution and assembling requests for developer proposals. This position also works with the Director in identifying, contacting and providing effective outreach to regional and national real estate brokers and capital market sources.

Department Required Skills : Familiarity with MS Office or similar products including proficiency in MS Word and Excel. Good communication skills both written and verbal are essential to the position.

Preferred Experience, Skills, Training/Education: Prior commercial real estate leasing, lending and/or transaction processing experience.
