STUDENT AFFAIRS SPECIALIST III
Job Summary The Senior Coordinator for Multicultural Services and Programs (MSP) reports to the Director of Multicultural Services and Programs. This position is responsible for coordinating, advising, developing and implementing of a variety of programs and services that promote social justice education, multicultural awareness, intercultural engagement, and honors intersections of identity. The Senior Coordinator will work closely with student organizations within MSP to ensure proper leadership training and development. Programs and services sponsored via MSP will reflect the core values of social justice, leadership, civic engagement, student support, advocacy, and community. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree in field appropriate to area of assignment AND three years administrative and program experience; OR Masters Degree and two years of administrative/program experience; OR seven years of progressively responsible administrative/program experience; OR any equivalent combination of experience and/or education from which comparable knowledge, skills, and abilities have been achieved.
