German, Russian, Asian, Middle Eastern Languages and Cultures: Visiting Assistant Professor/Instructor (multiple positions) to teach a full load of Chinese language, literature, and culture courses at all levels with some responsibilities for coordinating language courses during the academic year of 2014-15; renewable based on need, successful performance and continued funding. Require: PhD (for appointment as Visiting Assistant Professor) or M.A. (for appointment as Instructor) in Chinese literature, Chinese linguistics, Chinese language pedagogy, second-language acquisition, or other relevant fields; native or near-native fluency in Mandarin Chinese and English; teaching experience at the college level in the U.S. preferred.
