Instructor or Assistant Professor of Mathematics
Concordia College at Moorhead, MN invites applications for a two-year appointment in the Department of Mathematics. The successful candidate will teach a variety of undergraduate courses (three per term) at all levels, including elementary and service courses, and help mentor undergraduate mathematics majors. A Ph.D. in mathematics or related field is recommended, but significant progress toward a doctorate is also acceptable. Evidence of teaching excellence is essential, as is a passion for and understanding of a liberal arts undergraduate mathematics program. The successful candidate must demonstrate sympathy with the mission of a liberal arts college of the Lutheran (ELCA) church. Starting rank and salary will be based on qualifications.
