Executive Director of Student Services, PRIN (FY14-65)
The Executive Director of Student Services at the Prince Frederick Campus performs duties under the direction of the Vice President and Dean of the Prince Frederick Campus, including, but not limited to ensuring the effective and efficient delivery of student support services including coordinating student registration, testing, advising and orientation and all other retention and student success efforts for the Prince Frederick Campus; overseeing student support staff and facilitating the ongoing evaluation of their performance; overseeing the effective and efficient use of fiscal resources assigned to the incumbent to supervise; assisting the Vice President/Dean in operational planning for the campus; working in concert with the Director of Administrative Services to ensure the effective and efficient delivery of the college business office functions and supervision of the campus activities in the Vice President’s absence; providing leadership for student academic, transfer, and career advising; providing dispute resolution services for students; creating and supervising student leadership programs and student organization activities; and works with the Vice President, faculty and staff to develop proposed course schedules for credit and continuing education classes.
The work schedule for this position is 40 hours per week, Monday - Friday 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Flexibility is required during peak periods.

- MS/MA required, Doctorate preferred
- Five years or more of supervision of staff experience required
- Experience in counseling, student personnel or related field in higher education or similar setting preferred.
