Job Description Serves as confidential assistant to the Director of Development and member of the Dean' staff in the Arnold School of Public Health. Must have excellent communication and professional skills to relate and to converse with individuals across the University community, University alumni and friends and donors. Duties include but are not limited to: correspondence with donors, making deposits, maintaining confidential files, updating alumni and donor information in Millennium, running USC Foundation project reporting and Millennium reports and coordinating activities with Arnold School departments.

Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree and 2 years of related work experience, or high school diploma and 6 years of related work experience; or equivalency.

Preferred Qualifications Experience with Millennium and USC Foundation project reporting systems at the University of SC
