West Virginia University’s Office of International Students and Scholars is seeking a talented and motivated Immigration Specialist. The primary responsibilities of this position will be to provide services for and execute wage and audit related immigration policies and procedures, including wage document review and issuance of wage related immigration documents, as well as the creation and maintenance of wage related records-documentation process for immigration-related matters. Additionally, the selected candidate will work collaboratively with staff in Human Resources to resolve compensation issues stemming from temporary and permanent visa petitions. This position reports to Associate Director of the Office of International Students and Scholars. Geographic Location: Morgantown, WV The Successful candidate must possess a Master’s Degree in Public Administration, Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, or other closely related/relevant discipline. A minimum of two (2) years professional experience in providing employment-related immigration services is required.
