ANTICIPATED SALARY RANGE: $25,627 - $36,520, Band 04, SC State Classification System HOURS: 40 hours per week with some evening and weekend work. Will require travel and some overnight stay. CAMPUS: McAlister/ARC GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES In this challenging role, you will support the Recruiting Department at Greenville Technical College. Duties may include any or all of the following: -Develops, designs, and implements day, evening, and weekend recruitment activities for various applicant pools. -Plans and participates in special events on and off campus. -Maintains a general knowledge of academic programs, program requirements, admissions, and College processes. -Develops and maintains relationships with schools and home school associations. -Provides one-on-one coaching to applicants to determine their desired program choice and admissions steps. -Assists with special programs, campus tours, and New Student Orientation (NSO). -Plans and delivers presentations to prospective students, parents, counselors, community leaders, etc. -Conducts follow-up communications through phone, e-mail, chat, walk-ins, tours, and recruitment events. -Recruits new students from Prospect Pool. -Contacts Early College graduates to ensure their enrollment as a regular applicant. -Submits routine accountability reports to Director of Recruiting. -Assists with special projects for the department. -Performs other duties as required. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS -Bachelors degree with 3 years of experience in college student services programs or corporate America in recruiting/outside sales. -One (1) year of leadership experience. -Strong public relations skills.
