A Bachelor's degree and two years relevant experience; or a high school education and relevant education and/or experience equal to six years.
Experience working at the collegiate level with practice and game day preparation of setting up equipment and stations.

This position requires successful completion of a criminal history background check.
This position requires compliance with University confidentiality policies.
Must be flexible on work hours, including availability for early morning & evening hours, and weekends.
Responsible for all game day and practice operations to include locker room and other facilities. Oversee daily equipment room operations. Organize at home and on the road transportation and inventory of all necessary game equipment. Handles all laundry for the team. Coordinate arrangements for visiting teams with regard to use of facility, and accommodations to include food and laundry. Responsible for knowledge and interpretation of all NCAA safety/compliance rules pertaining to equipment and issuing of equipment.
Responsible for all Nike orders for Swimming and Diving, Tennis, and Volleyball. Handles all incoming shipments, and manages all inventory with proper documentation. Responsible for the process of evaluating the condition of equipment and certifying that each item meets minimum safety standards governed by the national organization. Implements and maintains a program for tracking and supervising the repair and maintenance of all equipment. Monitor daily operations in the Tully Gym Equipment Room.
Supervises the activities of the Athletic Equipment and Locker Attendants, student managers, and student assistants to include scheduling hours, assigning work, and recommend personnel actions.
Ensures all necessary and required equipment are stored and attainable before and after every team travel. Responsible for completing proper documentation for equipment inventory related to travel.
