The HRMS Manager provides leadership for managing the HR technology function and leads initiatives to improve process effectiveness. This position acts as liaison between Information Services and Human Resources to prioritize, develop, implement and manage technology solutions, HR systems operations, and continuous process improvements. This position provides support and maintenance of all HR systems, and ensures integrity and accuracy of data. Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in human resources, computer science, or other related field Five to seven years of progressively responsible experience in human resources management systems, preferably with Datatel or a similar system. Preferred Qualifications: Master's degree preferred. Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of database design, structure, functions and processes, preferably knowledge of Colleauge data file structures, reporting structure such as Informer, and electronic filing software such as Imagenow. Experience and working knowledge with many software applications: Microsoft Office, website creation/management, applicant tracking systems, performance management systems, affirmative action systems, etc. Ability to learn and effectively use new software programs upon request with little or no formal training. Ability to transfer/convert data among various software applications. Ability to assist in the training of personnel in use of software and systems. Demonstrated commitment to providing exceptional customer service. Organizational skills including the ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks concurrently with attention to details and deadlines required. Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills required.
