The Director of Management Advisory Services is responsible for analyzing and proposing strategies to improve management systems using the latest developments in best practices tools and guidelines in order to meet the goals and objectives of the college. A primary ongoing responsibility will be review and analysis of programs for compliance with applicable laws and regulations. Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in accounting, business, business administration or closely related field. Certified Public Accountant or Certified Fraud Examiner. Five years of progressively responsible accounting or auditing experience. Auditing experience required. Thorough knowledge and understanding of generally accepted accounting principles, procedures, and internal accounting controls required. Ability to deal effectively and tactfully with a wide variety of constituents, including all levels of management, faculty, public officials and the general public. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word and Power Point. Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills, including the ability to prepare and deliver presentations. Preferred Qualifications: Non-profit, governmental or higher education experience highly desirable. Familiarity with OMB Circulars A-21, A-110, A-133 and or Omni Circular, preferred. Master's degree preferred.
