Within a centralized financial aid services environment, the Financial Aid Loan Coordinator is responsible for the administration of the Stafford Loan and Parent (PLUS) Loan programs.


Essential duties and responsibilities of this position include:


•Process origination, disbursement and rejected loan files within a fast paced financial aid office

•Partner with the reconciliation team to ensure that loan files are reconciled in a timely and accurate manner

•Adhere to all Title IV program regulation



The successful applicant must have:


•Bachelor’s Degree

•1 to 2+ years’ experience within a financial aid office

•Demonstrated analytical skills with an unwavering attention to detail

•Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

•Experience with a Student Information System (SIS), Ellucian Colleague preferred

•Proficiency with MS Office products
