Job Description:

The Admissions & Financial Aid Specialist provides administrative support to the enrollment management team for the Women’s College.  The Admissions & Financial Aid Specialist is cross trained to provide critical administrative services to the Admissions Office and the Office of Financial Aid.  This position is responsible for the initial data entry of prospective student information for the Women's College and assists with application processing.  This position will also assist with general mailings and work with directors on any mass mailings needed, and will participate in Enrollment Management and University-wide events as needed/required.


Qualified candidates will have an Associate's degree; Bachelor's degree preferred. Candidates should have two years of experience working in a customer-service oriented office environment; preference given to those who have experience working in a college/school setting and experience working with computer and database systems.  Candidates must be extremely accurate and detail-oriented, and have good writing and communication skills, especially professional phone manner. This position requires solid computer skills evidenced by familiarity/use of Microsoft products (Excel, Word/mail merge, etc.). This position also requires the ability to multitask while providing attention to detail. Some adjusted hours (evenings and weekends) may be required (admissions events, university programs, etc.).
