Job Summary Review and process all new employee paperwork (I-9, Federal & State Tax Deduction Forms, Security Agreement/Loyalty Oath, Retirement Participation Forms and other benefit related forms) within the Hugh Hodgson School of Music. Assist new employees with paperwork, as needed. Calculate employee salaries for department and prepare a high volume of personnels in a timely manner using the WEBDFS System. Enter leave time, review and process time-cards in a timely manner on all accounts using the KRONOS System. Maintain all personnel files, timesheet records, and leave records for all HHSOM Faculty, Staff and Hourly employees in accordance with UGA and Board of Regents' policy.

Minimum Qualifications Completion of a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or a related discipline with three (3) to five (5) years of progressively responsible relevant accounting experience; or any equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
