Job Description Serve as HR Liaison responsible for providing HR related activities for approximately 400 Facilities Department employees in support of the USC Office of Human Resources. Collaborate with various office units including Business and Finance, Employment, Benefits and Salary Administration to ensure accurate HR information processing for the Facilities Human Resources team.

Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree; or high school diploma and 4 years of work experience supporting an active administrative Human Resource operation; or equivalency. Proficiency in the use of MicroSoft Office products or similar software. Familiarity with federal and state laws, policies, procedures, rules and regulations related to the specific administrative/management functions; knowledge of fiscal and personnel procedures, practices , and policies; knowledge of modern office practices, procedures, and equipment; ability to coordinate diverse administrative/management functions; ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with personnel of various professional levels; ability to plan, organize, and prioritize; ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing; and ability to gather and analyze data from various sources; ability to work in a team environment and build positive customer relationships.
