Summary Description Manages direct marketing operations for Annual Giving at Colorado College to include development-focused communication via mail and e-communication (social media, internet, crowd-funding and email) targeted towards alumni, parents, friends and students. Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience plus a minimum of 3 years of related experience working in annual giving, development, marketing, and/or communications (to include success in donor relations and stewardship communication); knowledge of the project cycle of direct mail production and the development of creative resources; proficient with computer software programs such as Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Publisher, PowerPoint), large databases and database reporting tools (such as Cognos); excellent oral and written communication skills; proficient in spelling, punctuation, grammar, and basic business math; ability to think critically and solve problems; good judgment and ability to handle confidential/sensitive information with discretion; excellent organizational and customer service skills; ability to operate standard office equipment. Preferred Qualifications: Experience working with Banner enterprise database, Cognos reporting tool, Reeher platform, and i-Modules software; knowledge of phonathon campaigns.
