Duties: Under minimal supervision, the Enrollment Coordinator performs extensive administrative and data management in support of undergraduate study abroad and exchange student admissions. Duties include handling correspondence and applicants' files; maintaining study abroad and exchange student databases and interfacing with University databases (SRS, SFS-EASI,Studio Abroad); coordinating admissions notification and post-admissions services, preparing and coordinating mailings for students and parents; tracking receipt of grade reports and forwarding them to school offices; preparing and adhering to Penn Abroad time lines, and actively participating in planning activities. The Enrollment Coordinator corresponds with exchange partner institutions and exchange students regarding applications, acceptance materials and visa applications. The Enrollment Coordinator also produces regular statistical reports on study abroad participation and office workflow, creating spreadsheets, charts and dashboard indicators. The Enrollment Coordinator serves as back-up receptionist and provides basic information on study abroad. Shared supervision of approximately three student employees. Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications: A High School Diploma or GED and 3-5 years of experience or equivalent combination of education and experience is required. Requires judgment, initiative, cross-cultural sensitivity, aptitude for administrative detail, database management (knowledge of web-based applications a plus), and technology. Preferred qualifications: cross-cultural knowledge or experience; strong written and verbal communication skills, experience with Excel and creating charts, dashboards, and infographics.
