Posting Description: *Job Responsibilities* Manage the employer job posting process in Career Buffs, - Review and approve all position posted in the Career Buffs online job and internship system; - Craft job descriptions and serve as an advocate to students by educating employers on best practices in job advertisements; - Post positions in Career Buffs on behalf of employer partners; - Manage the resume referral process by search for student resumes and sending them to employers. Percentage of time 50% Providing high-level customer service to employer partners by answering general questions about Career Services Percentage of time 30% Run monthly status reports and compile annual reports on job postings, on-campus interviews and information sessions Percentage of time 15% Manage the Employer Lobby Advertisement Program by working with employers to post slides and process their payment Percentage of time 5% *Salary and Benefits:* Annual Salary: $38,000 to $45,000 Salary will be commensurate with skills and experience. Minimum Qualifications: A bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited institution (completed by May 2014)
