Position Summary: This is a two year term positon working full-time, 10 months per year schedule. Reporting to the director of athletics and the senior athletics administrators, the athletics administrator responsibilities will include, but will not be limited to the following: - Assist in the area of Compliance with all aspects of NCAA and Ivy League rules for student-athletes and staff including compiling reports of Ivy League and departmental data, and assisting with student-athlete exit survey analysis - Assist the business and ticket operations with reporting functions and working home events - Manage assigned home events including oversight of game day staff - Participate in discussions regarding departmental policy - Initiate and facilitate programs on diversity and inclusion - Assist the Princeton Varsity Club with execution of various events including the senior athlete banquet, community events, etc. - Assist with external athletics relations such as Community Staff Day/National Women in Sport Day and various other town/gown events. - Assist with facility and departmental meeting preparations. - Interact with the Office of the Dean of Undergraduate Students and the Office of the Dean of the College. - Perform special projects as assigned by the Director of Athletics - Adhere to Ivy League, ECAC and NCAA rules and regulations

Essential Qualifications: - Through prior athletic experiences, demonstrated examples of leadership and achievement - Strong computer skills - Exceptional organizational skills - The ability to communicate effectively with various constituencies - The ability to maintain the confidentiality of issues or data of a sensitive nature - Excellent oral and written communication skills - The willingness to work flexible and long hours, including evenings and weekends. The finalist will be required to successfully pass a background check.
