Job Description: Recruitment need is based on anticipated vacancies. The Residence Hall Coordinator is a twelve-month, live-in position responsible for the overall administrative and programmatic aspects of a residence hall, housing 275-500 students. The Residence Hall Coordinator fosters student and community development. This position reports directly to the Director of Residence Life of Campus Living for the first year of employment.

Minimum Qualifications: Master's degree in College Student Personnel, or related field, from an appropriately accredited institution Knowledge of student development theory, counseling, diversity, communication, crisis management, and administration Qualifying degrees must be received from appropriately accredited institutions and conferred by the time of hire.
