Manages the full-service Restaurant Forte, The Caf at Canyon Park and extensive catering operations both on and off campus.

Graduation from an accredited institution with a bachelor's degree in an appropriate field of specialization plus two years of experience related to the Summary of Duties or equivalent education and experience in a related field totaling six years. Must meet university criteria for appointment to the rank of Instructor. Additional education and experience may be as required by position.
