Education Division Chairperson
College of St. Joseph in Rutland Vermont is a small Catholic college that emphasizes quality programs and teaching. The Education Division Chairperson will provide leadership in reviewing and revising current undergraduate/graduate programs, as well as developing new programs that meet student and community needs in an evolving educational landscape. Teaching load is nine credits per semester with summer administrative responsibilities. Ph.D. or Ed.D. and licensure in an area of K-12 education are required. Other qualifications include a documented record of successful teaching and leadership in K-12 and higher education; evidence of successful collaboration with state education agencies, K-12 schools, and departmental and/or college committees; and experience in program assessment. This is a twelve-month position with a salary range of $40,000-$50,000, which is dependent on experience and qualifications.
