Duties and Responsibilities - Recruits Division II quality student-athletes; - Knowledge of and abides by University, NCAA and Mountain East Conference rules, regulations, policies and procedures; - Works with Head Coach to run youth clinics and summer/ID camps; - Works with Head Coach on the oversight and monitoring of academic progress of the student-athletes on the team with particular attention to satisfactory progress toward degree, graduation and APR rates; - Works in conjunction with the Director of Athletics on scheduling of contests and program budget; - Takes an active role in marketing Women's Soccer program on campus and within the community through public appearances and other duties as assigned by the Director of Athletics; - Maintains working knowledge of and compliance with relevant NCAA and Conference rules, and reports any concerns or violations noted; and, -Other duties as assigned.

Minimum Required Education

Required Licenses and/or Certifications

Type and Amount of Experience Needed

Preferred Qualifications USSF/NSCAA License; previous NCAA recruiting experience; previous collegiate playing and coaching experience preferred.

Special Conditions Nights and weekend travel for competition is required. **The search is being extended to increase the applicant pool; applicants who have already applied will remain under consideration.**
