Required Skills or Software: On-line Records System, Excellent interpersonal, organizational and communication skills, Must be able to treat confidential and sensitive information appropriately

Other Requirements:

Ability to complete Dispatch Desk reports and other related reports. Must be reliable, able to monitor several radios and telephones concurrently, remain calm under pressure and be able to communicate effectively with students, employees and the general public. Commitment to providing outside customer service skills.


Willingness to work on University holidays and work overtime when required.

Preferred Qualifications:

Radio dispatch experience. Knowledge of MS Office.

Special Instructions to Applicants:

This is a temporary position and the work schedule is Monday – Friday from 4:00 pm – midnight.
