The Associate Director of Student Development is responsible for: serving as a university judicial officer and student behavior consultant; all student programming for education, professional development, and compliance; service learning through community outreach, student service opportunities; development of a student support network including LGBTQA, counseling/emotional support, student life resources, and alumni mentor program. Bachelor’s degree required, Master’s preferred 3-5 years of previous experience working as a professional in higher education and/or student services Knowledge of student organizations and event planning Experience with community outreach and service oriented planning activities Knowledge of conflict resolution strategies and experience handling escalated behavioral issues Proficient with Microsoft Office applications
