Adjunct Faculty Gender Issues in Business The Undergraduate School Andrews Air force Base, MD and Online University of Maryland University College (UMUC) seeks an adjunct faculty to teach Gender Issues in Business within Business Management. The objective is to identify the implications of gender differences for organizational effectiveness and understand how to transform the challenges into opportunities. Topics include changing workplace dynamics and differences in leadership and communication styles. REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: · Masters Degree in Business or related field from an accredited institution of higher learning · 3 to 5 years professional industry experience in related discipline field. · 2 to 3 years college level online instructional experience. · Ability to speak and write effectively · Excellent people skills · Excellent written and verbal communication skills; experience with electronic research resources; ability to work independently as well as within a team collaborative role.
