Position Summary: Provides independent, complex, professional support in computer/systems operations, systems administration, and systems software/hardware support; installs, implements, and supports systems software/hardware products; provides primary support of Active Directory, MS Exchange, SharePoint, and various other systems; troubleshoots issues and interacts with customers in order to discuss projects, technology solutions, answer questions regarding systems and technologies, and to resolve problems. Duties associated with this position involve working on a video display terminal 85% of the time.

Support Staff: Minimum Requirements
A bachelor's degree in computer science, programming, or information systems; three years of related and progressively more responsible or expansive work experience in network technologies including DNS, DHCP and TCP/IP; experience with Microsoft's Active Directory infrastructure, Microsoft PowerShell and Microsoft Exchange; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Typing Requirements (wpm):

Desired Qualifications: Microsoft MCSE certification; experience in computer data communications, office automation systems, computer electronics, and computer repair; strong oral and written communications; project management and problem solving skills; experience with Microsoft SharePoint; experience supporting diverse technology needs of client offices.
