Job Summary: Roosevelt University seeks a Financial Aid Information Systems Specialist to provide technical support and assistance to the Office of Financial Aid. This position oversees technology and systems in support of all Financial Aid functions and serves as the primary support for technology needs, in conjunction with the Office of Information Technology, serving end users and related functional users. This position is located on the Chicago Campus and reports to the Director of Financial Aid.

Job Type: Full-Time

Working Hours: Monday-Friday

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required: Earned Bachelor's Degree. 3-4 years of progressive technology experience. At least 2 years Ellucian/Banner Financial Aid experience and 2 years SQL.

Preferred Qualifications: Knowledge of ad hoc report writing tools such as Argos. Previous experience in Higher Education.
