Manage all of the financial responsibilities of the pre-award and post-award process for several grants at Sargent College with a total budget of $5 million. This includes the process of submitting grant proposals for the faculty atthe College, which includes accessing the appropriate forms, developing budgets, obtaining the appropriate University approvals and collaborating with the Office of Sponsored Programs. The post-award process includes managing budgetsto ensure financial responsibility, compliance with agency regulations and collaborating with Post Award Financial Operations.

Experience Required:

B.A./B.S., Master's Degree preferred, strong analytical, project management, administrative and communication skills, computer skills, and three to five years of experience. This position is contingent upon the continued availability of external funding.
