Position Summary: Supervise, direct and counsel staff members in execution of their functions related to payment processing, entering accruals, data entry procedures, creating and updating vendor information, invoice discrepancies, maintaining priorities needed to achieve monthly closing deadlines and preparing applicable performance appraisals. Perform analyses and reconciliations of PPPL's labor cost with related payroll records of Princeton University. Coordinate the overall review and performs financial analysis of various balance sheet accounts to ensure that subsidiary records are accurate. Perform analyses and reconciliation of PPPL's non-labor cost with related financial records of Princeton University. Develop and administer policies and procedures for accounts payable in accordance with applicable DOE orders and GAAP. Approves and authorize vendor payments, assign and tract subcontract issues and special projects as requested.

Essential Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Accounting, plus 3 years of accounting experience. Proficient PC skills, excellent analytical and problem solving skills, excellent oral and written communication skills and knowledge of DOE reporting requirements.

Preferred Qualifications: Prior PPPL experience a plus.
