DIRECTOR OF STUDENT ENGAGEMENT, School of Management, Feld Career Center (1087/A2914)
Serve on the Feld Career Center leadership team and direct all initiatives related to the interactions with students in all programs of the School of Management. Supervise and direct the coaches and career coaching program, develop workshop strategies, and develop new innovative methods to engage the student population. Play a critical role in delivering industry leading services to maintain high levels of student satisfaction. Coach both undergraduate and MBA students on career related topics such as exploration, resumes, mock interviews, search strategies, and more.Experience Required:
B.A./B.S., Masters Degree preferred, knowledge of industry standard tools and assessments as they relate to career development, must have prior supervision experience, be able to drive innovative thinking, knowledge of Symplicity or other career related software is preferred and a minimum of eight years of experience in career coaching or counseling.
