Education/experience/licensing: - Master's Degree required. In lieu of a Master's degree, a Bachelor's degree with an additional five years of sales or admission experience is required. - Minimum of 3 years of progressive responsibilities in Adult, Transfer and Military Admissions area. Experience with quantitative, market-based approach to planning recruitment activities. - Competency for analyzing recruitment-related data and assessing programming activities as part of a strategic enrollment planning initiative. - Ability to work with people from a varied background of race, religion and social customs.
