Job Description Summary:
Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in an appropriate area of specialization plus 3-4 years of relevant professional experience. Degree requirements may be substituted with an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.


Desired Qualifications:

3 years relevant practical experience in admissions, marketing, data analysis, adversiting, or communications is desired.

Strong data analytic, project management, and organizational skills desired.

Must be a self-starter with demonstrated ability to plan and implement multiple concurrent projects from start to finish.

Strong command of Microsoft Office Suite software desired.

Experience with CRM software is strongly preferred.

Ability to deomonstrate positive and approachable presence is desired.

Excellent writing and communication skills and an ability to work collaboratively and support multiple constituents desired.


Special Instructions to Applicants:

Job Duties
  • Manages half of program fields of study, developing deep knowledge of and ability to effectively communicate key information to prospective students about curriculum, faculty, and career outcomes.
    Plans and manages recruiting and admissions events working with Office of Student Life staff including information sessions, new student orientation and related activities.

  • Manages the admissions cycle for applicants and finalizes admission decisions. Generates adminisions letters and notifications in a prompt and timely manner.

  • Conducts and analyzes market research that informs the development of marketing plans and project decisions by either providing data or examples of competitive market place communications, including use of Google Analytics data. Conceptualizes, develops and manages the marketing plan for various fields of study and analyzes prior year successes/failures. Collaborates with the Director to integrate plans with GSEHD Admissions goals.

  • Manages program marketing requests, projects, and questions for GSEHD. Efforts include, but are not limited to, web marketing programs including search, pay per lead, display, portal relationships, and affiliates, e-mail contact with GSEHD students and prospects and traditional marketing channels.

  • Provides weekly/monthly inquiry report to Director and Executive Director on effectiveness of executed advertising activities. Uses data to make recommendations for changes, as needed, to marketing tactics, based on analysis
