Placement Range: $40,100 - $44,200

General Description: The Director for TRIO Grant Programs will provide leadership and direction in the planning, development, implementation and evaluation of all aspects of the Student TRiO Support Services Program and the TRiO Upward Bound Program. This includes developing and coordinating programs on campus that enhance retention of college students and programs in target high schools that provide college readiness.

Minimum Education/Experience: Master's degree in Education, Counseling or related field A minimum of two years full time administrative work experience in higher education; OR a minimum of two years administrative work experience with grant oversight in related fields that support the Student Support Services Grant/TRiO program.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Positive human relations skills Ability to communicate effectively with students, staff, faculty and community Strong organizational and developmental skills Knowledge and understanding of low-income, academically disadvantaged or disabled populations. Computer skills
