FACULTY VACANCY ANNOUNCEMENT

Performs teaching and related faculty functions in area(s) of expertise.

Teaches undergraduate and graduate level courses in Human Resource Management, including Organization Behavior, Management Fundamentals, Labor Relations, and Employee Training and Development; provides service to the college, university, and community; participates in any other tasks normally associated with a full-time academic appointment.  Evening teaching and online teaching will be required.
Faculty will  have the opportunity to collaborate with the Lehman College based centers and institutes on research and other projects of scholarly interest.

QUALIFICATIONS

Master's degree in Business Administration, Human Resource Management, Labor Relations or closely related field.  Must have at least 3-5 years of relevant work experience in human resource management.  Excellent interpersonal and collaborative skills.  Previous teaching experience in human resource management and related courses required.
