PROGRAM COORDINATOR II
Job Summary The person in this position will serve as the primary point of contact for the department for all recruitment, career services, and alumni activities. The duties and functions include, but are not limited to, coordinating all MPA-related recruitment efforts for both the Athens and Gwinnett campuses as well as the AB/MPA and MPA/JD programs; coordinating resume and cover letter workshops as well as working with students on professional development on an individual basis; maintenance of a website of internship and job announcements as well as relevant and applicable resources; working with alumni to build and expand the MPA network, connecting current students with alumni, assisting with all alumni events; assisting with all departmental events including Orientation. The individual in this position frequently deals with issues of a highly confidential nature and must be able to use discretion effectively. Travel required. Other duties as assigned. Minimum Qualifications Completion of a master's degree with 2 years of related experience; OR completion of a bachelor's degree and 4 years of related experience.
